Hi @zillflor,

Can you check something for me quick? We are working on identifying why this issue is happening to some users and we believe it may be due to locale.

If you open your Region and Language settings from the Control Panel and navigate to the Administrative section, there is a Locale option. What is yours set to? If it is not English (US), can you try setting it here (as a test) and then restarting your computer and launching the drawings module in Fusion.

Thanks,

Hi @zillflor,

Hmm, thanks for sharing. Can you also try changing the format and location too to English (US) for testing purposes. If it does not work, please change them all back to what you had originally. I have one more idea if that does not work. Please let me know.

Hi zillflor,

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with drawings.  I'm assuming you're on Windows.  Can you please try the following:

1. Close Fusion > Launch Windows Task Manager > Are there any AcCoreConsole or Fusion Drawings Console processes still running?  If so End Process for these
2. Launch Windows Explorer > Enter %LOCALAPPDATA% as the folder
3. Open Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360, you should see a folder named AcCore
4. Rename the folder (AcCore_BAK) > Launch Fusion and try to open or create a drawing

If this solves your problem please let me know and if you can, please zip up and send me (christopher.miller@autodesk.com) both the BAK and new AcCore folders.

If this doesn't fix the problem, what OS are you using?  Is the system locale/format set to English or something else?

Thanks,
Chris

Hi Florian,
I sent you a private message.  Please launch Fusion and allow the latest update to install (if you haven't already), then try the steps I sent you.  Please let me know how it goes.

Thanks,
Chris
