Dimensioning in ft-inches with fraction

Can Fusion dimension and display six ft four and a half inches yet? Like 6' 4-1/2" or 6ft 4-1/2in, etc. Or do I have to manually force this on each dimension. Any input is greatly appreciated.

I am assuming your are talking about entering dimensions in the model sketch environment.  If so, you can enter 6'4 1/2" and it will display as that same format if you have your Preferences set correctly.
