Cloud Renderer is dramatically different than preview and local renderer

See attached. The local rendered shows up more or less like the preview. The cloud renderer is very dark. In an ideal world, I would be able to switch back and forth between local and cloud, and have them both look identical, and roughly the same as what shows up in preview.

I had the same issue.

The preview and the local rendering are very similar, but the cloud rendering is completely dark, not just a little darker. 

This is the result - it's just black. 🙃
