Is there a way to change the dimensions of one side of a rectangle that was created using centerline without affecting the other side?  Basically make one side of the rectangle 5mm shorter without shorting the other side.

Add dimension to sides:

Fusion is a parametric modeling software, to get expected behavior work with fully defined sketches.

@tylerruffellCYQDF  You can but you'll need to remove some constraints and add some different ones but a centre point rectangle is probably not the best for this as the centre point will not remain in the centre!

Screencast shows how to modify the constraints but note how the centre dimension is no longer 25mm. Then I show how to construct using an ordinary 2 point rectangle (debatable whether it would be quicker to just sketch a parallelogram and constrain)!

Hi,

Why don't you say that you want to turn a rectangle into a trapezoid?
