Cannot open file in Fusion 360 or on Website

Hello,

 

I have seemingly gotten the blue spinning wheel of doom followed by an ! on one of my projects I am working on. The assembly will not load at all in the desktop app, and I cannot download or view the file from the browser either. The File I am trying to open is "Modular Frame" and I have attached screenshots below. This is probably my favorite drawing I have worked on yet and I really hope it isn't lost.

Hi @IGotYourDoughnut! 

 

I can take a look if you can share a public link to the file. You can do that from the data panel or from A360. 

 

I might have some tricks to get it working. You can also try promoting an earlier version. The existing broken version will stay in the version history so you can always try promoting it back. 

 

When did this happen?

@karina.harper After an hour or so of tinkering, I loaded it up on a different computer and it worked great. Not quite sure what happened there but it seems to be working now. I will try and open it on the computer I was having trouble with tomorrow and will let you know how that goes!
