Solved: Re: Can't save drawing with structure all level

Hello,

I have a problem with saving drawing after new update when using feature structure "all level". In "first level" only it works ok but when I've changed to "all level" it locks on version 0 and after some time of trying to save file it shows. I've attached screen with error alert.

It's known bug? Is there any way to fix it?

Design isn't complex, after template drawing it has 100+ pages. Tried it on different designs and sometimes it works sometimes not.

Hi @Pabiuro

That error generally usually indicates internet connectivity issues. It's worth checking if your connection has changed, or if anything else is slowing you down, like using a VPN etc.

My designer works from home and has same issue. First time it happend yesterday on 300/30 fiber internet. Now I'm in the office with 30/30 and same problem. Tried with other larger project and same bug. It looks like projects larger than tens of pages can't be saved.

I can't share fusion team disc or designs, but I can share some data that will help you to identify bugs (only to some extend). If you could post me how to export it maybe I'll be able to help you 🙂 Maybe some logs?

I've just tested this on my end with a large customer dataset +-80 pages and it took a few seconds to save but there were no issues. I'm running Windows, what OS are you running?

I've asked the Dev team to reach out, could you perhaps attach your diagnostics information to this post (from the computer with the issue)

I'll do more tests and will post/pm results tomorrow. Now I'm also having problems with first lvl only w/o external components 80 pages. It also could be a problem with template.

Again same problem. We found that it occure in different drawing page amount. F.e for one document now I have limit 54 pages in drawing. When I exceed it, it won't save (constant saving circle on left file browser and after some time it dissapear with error notification). Tested it with one project and different picked component(assemblies) with setting alllvl and first lvl. Only factor that seems important is page size. My components inside project are pretty simple, mostly assemblies with 2-3 components. Some of them use external our standard files with assemblies.

Tried to change template and remove some of the features but nothing has changed. Only page limit. Simpliest template I've tested only contain table with customer logo and part list.

OS: Windows

Sorry my mistake. Had long break from making projects. Problem was all the time active. My cooworker said she was making few drawings splitting design into less components all the time.
