Can't make chamfer

I have made a shape in Illustrator, Imported it into fusion as a SVG, made an offset and extruded it, I'm trying to make a cookie cutter, so I want my cutting part to be sharper. But I can't create a chamfer on any of the sides bigger than this(picture). I have already made two other figures, but can't get this one to work. I even tried to remake the shape in illustrator. Please Help. Skjermbilde 2020-09-27 kl. 21.17.31.png

one of the other I made.

You have too many enclosed sharp edges.  The edges are so close to each other that the chamfer is overlapping and will never work.  As  new user of the forum, please always remember to attach your model to your post so you can get "relevant" answers to your model and also quick answers as well.

Oh, ok. Thank you, but what should I do if I want to make it a cookie cutter? There must be some way to chamfer figure like that?

You should attach your model!  If you do not know how, then open the model in question in Fusion 360, go to the File menu, select Export and save it to your local drive.   Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.  There is no guarantee the shape you have can be used but one possibility is to radius inside corners or possibly use a different method than the Chamfer command.  The model will tell.

Have I not uploaded my model? I put it under picture number 2. Or is it another place I need to put it?

I worked on your model for about 30 minutes without success.  There are just too many close external edges to remove and maintain any general shape to accomplish a chamfer or a profile sweep to get a sharp edge.
