Sorry to hear that trouble is happening.  Did this happen with a particular file or each file?  Would you mind sharing the board file (*.brd) with me?  If it is okay with you, can you please send it to me (kanehiko.saito@autodesk.com)?  I will take a closer look at this behavior on my end.
