How to switch from a branch back to master branch

Hi,

I'm in a current design branch, but I want to get back to the master and abandon that branch, but maybe come back to it later. 

Is there a way to switch back to the master part?

Hi Matt,

yes, you can switch back to master branch and let your branch as it is. Branch is like "project copy". Changes you made on part while you worked on branch will not be applied on part on master branch. (To bring/transfer changes you have made on part on branch to part on master, you need to use branch command MERGE.)
