Browser: Pressing Reload / Refresh page

yep, definitely not advised.

I'm working in a simple model, and wondered what would happen if i hit refresh in the browser?

I got the browser warning mentioning that changes may be lost. yeah, yeah i'm trying to break this...

The interface comes back up, and the model is sort of there, i have nodes at the vertices. No faces drawn, (see image) The real question is - what is the best way back to a known good state. Closing the tab and reopening looks to be the only way forward.

If i hit save in browser, now, would it corrupt the file? as the data being displayed is bad, is this the actual data, or just local screen data?

I have the same drawing open in Fusion desktop, the drawing is at a later rev. (browser is 5, desktop is 8)

latest chrome browser (3/28/17)

(Nvidia k4000 / i7 / win10 / everything generally current, get back to me if you need specifics)

thanks

Jon

Hi Jon,

We currently do not support the reloading of the tab to reload a design.  This is something we are working on however.

I don't think saving will do anything as it is no longer connected to Fusion Team, though I am curious if you see different results.  Launching the design from Fusion Team synchronizes everything, and refreshing breaks those connections.

As for the version mismatch - which version number do you see in Fusion Team? As that should be the one we load in the browser.  Let me know if there is a mismatch between the version number in Fusion Team, and what gets loaded.

Keep the feedback coming! 🙂
