When exporting to an STL, you get an email giving a link to the file to be downloaded.
This link works fine in Chrome, but is strange in Firefox when there are spaces in the name. Firefox seems to ignore all characters after the first space. This is probably a bug in Firefox, although this is the first time I have come across it. Perhaps it doesn't like spaces in filenames being encoded as '+'? It may be worth trying %20 instead, or perhaps an underscore.
Hi Rob
Just to confirm...when downloading stl files from Fusion Team, it works in Chrome but not Firefox when the file name has a space?
Thanks
Jason
Is Fusion Team the name for the browser version? If so then yes, that's correct - it might be a Firefox bug, but given the popularity of Firefox then a workaround might be in order.
Yes Fusion Team is the name for the place where all of you projects and designs are stored - and from where you can download files exported from Fusion Desktop
Fusion browser is where you can edit your Fusion designs.
