BROWSER: Colour differences with desktop

I have noticed that when creating a design in the browser version, without assigning any material or colour to bodies, when I open the same design in the desktop version the bodies end up coloured black.  I'm pretty sure the same thing happens if you do assign a material/colour.

Hi Rob,

We currently only support component colors, however we do have body color support on our near-future roadmap.

Cheers

Jason

Oh, I see what you mean, I could have sworn I'd applied a colour to a body in the browser version.  However, while they show as grey in the browser version, when opening them in desktop then they end up black, although not immediately if my memory can be relied on at all. Perhaps it's a screen driver issue (since I'm running desktop in a VirtualBox session).

It could be related to your setup.  We have glimpsed this issue when switching between a single and multiple viewports.  Does the color return for you once you interact with it in Fusion desktop?

Not usually, but changing the Environment to anything but Photo Booth (I think, not running Desktop at the moment), changes the colours so I can still work with it.
