Hi @FrodoLoggins,

Seams to have been a nasty surface causing the issue. I offset the top surfaces by nothing to extract them then merged the surfaces around where you were having the issue then recalculated the toolpath using this surface which has eliminated the problem, see attached screenshot and f3d file.
