What does this mean in plain English?

"Warning: Lifting feed plane to topmost lead height."

Feed height should always greater than the top height,

if feed height is equal to top height then you will get this error.

So try to increase the feed height offset value

What @Boopathi_Sivakumar  said is correct. However, the warning itself has no bearing on the creation of the g-code. It's just there to say "hey, I couldn't do what you wanted, so I adjusted a couple things"

OK. So my feed height has an offset and I still get the error. File attached. What gives?

Don't know why but the problem is the vertical lead rad, it needs to be less than or equal the offset from the top height. Set Feed height to either Top Height or Stock Top +0.25 and the error goes away.

So the lead in radii set the alarm bells off. You would think the Feed height could default to something that would be something like Vertical Lead In radius + delta, but what fun would that be.
