This part has got me stumped (multi-axis)

Been working for a bit on trying to figure out how to get the tool path I want for this model. Ideally I'd love to get something like a swarf to generate to do the fillet and the walls at the same time  but open to suggestions. REALLY want the surfaces I changed to orange to be some sorta continuous tool path as opposed to a bunch of positional. 

Any help or suggestions would be awesome!

What you have there with Blend is probably the best approach, will need to play with parameters like collision avoidance, but that is not an easily achievable single toolpath. As far as a few orients and 3+2 over continuous, probably would spend less time ripping your hair out but won't "look" or simulate as cool while cutting

 

I always like to ask whoever designed it (sometimes that's myself) "how did you envision cutting this?" lol

 

5 axis cannot make up for oddly designed parts, just throwing a fillet on the intersections of parts isn't enough at times

Best I could get, fast on short notice. It cuts, and seems to not collide but did not run full Machine Sim

 

Probably could just Blend the whole part haha

@rengfx  sorry for delay reply.

Yea I was really hoping I could effectively get a swarf like tool path to also finish those walls but I think i'm going to have to break it up with more of a blend/flow type tool path since there doesn't seem to be any easy path to getting the motion i'm thinking of.
