Hello everybody

As you can see on the attatched picture I have two nearly same versions of nc-code.

The left one looks like it should be but the right one is how I get it by using the Sinumerik post-processor coming with Fusion.

If I want to transfer the nc-code via RS 232 connection I need the first two lines of code looks like on the left side.

Is there a possibility to adapt the post-processor in a way that I do not have to do this everytime by hand?

And I need spindle rotation M3 but always get M4. If I change the rotation in the tool library the tool direction does not fit anymore and additionally still get spindle rotation M4 post-processed.

Is there any possibility to change the spindle rotation by adapting the post-processor?

Thank you!

Bernd

Hello @berndoechsler

At the beginning of the onOpen function, search the string

writeln("; %_N_" + translateText(String(programName).toUpperCase(), " ", "_") + "_MPF");

and replace it by

writeln("%_N_" + translateText(String(programName).toUpperCase(), " ", "_") + "_MPF");

then below we can add another line

writeln(";$PATH=/_N_MPF_DIR");

For the M3 M4 inversion, I don't think it’s the post.
It may come from your tool definition, or the toolpaths settings.
But without data's, it's hard to tell.

Cheers.
