I noticed in your video that after selecting the clearance and retract height, it pops up an error "The clearance Height must be above the retract height". It seems like the selection of faces (clearance and retract height)  behaves incorrectly. I would suggest you select the edges instead of faces during the selection of clearance and retract height. All due respect @Sudhira , that is not an entirely valid response. It should work regardless of whether edges or faces are selected, and regardless of the order in which they are selected. I will open a task this morning to investigate this.

I found that be first selecting the Clearance Height reference face  and then the Retract Height reference, the error was avoided.
