After the new update the default is to select from the system. I have all my configurations on the cloud so would like the default set to Cloud and Document, don't want to system at all. The most useful would be System unchecked as the default, then sort so document is at the top then cloud then system. @seth.madore  another on where beta testers would have spotted a regresion!

Are you finding that once you make the selection, it "sticks" between documents?

@seth.madore

FWIW  I have found that it only seems to default to "System" when I do a new program, existing programs saved when I have "Local" selected do stay set to local every time I open them.

Having said that if I try opening/closing several programs then it does seem to get a bit unstable and will pretty much default to anything, for example Document, System or Document/Local (I don`t use Cloud) whenever it feels like it, almost seems like the servers aren`t sort of "keeping up" ?????

Regards

Rob

@seth.madore  This is what I see when i start a new document! Cloud and Local selected but only system configs, the cloud and document configs are not even in the list.

Now when I go back to an existing document it's defaulted back to system only. It's always been a be annoying that it didn't stay set between sessions but now seem totally broken. Really want this setting stored so you don't need to reset every time you restart Fusion.

Thanks Mark

So...turns out it's an actual known issue, and it's not going to get fixed. Why? We have a new Feature Flag to turn on:

This is going to be the new interface for machine configs and the dev team responsible is pouring efforts into that version.

@seth.madore  Thanks. The new dialog works quite well. One request, could the sort order be by description, at the moment it vendor. Rather have it sort by the machine name.
