Micro 100 tool profile

Can anyone give me a hand getting started in profiling this tool (see attachment) in the tool library.  Nothing seems to fit.  Any help is appreciated

I am also trying to setup some micro boring and internal threading tools. Having some probs myself. 

Did you ever figure this out?

This is what i got so far seems like it will work.
