Manufacturing Model does not honor Copy Paste New from Design Workspace

I have modelled a pulley and used "copy paste new" to make the second side of the pulley.  During the "copy paste new" the side of the of the pulley was offset using parameters (hub thickness plus pulley side thickness).  When I go into the manufacturing workspace and create the  manufacturing model, the side of the pulley is not offset.  Both sides are at the original location.  In the original model in the manufacturing workspace the pulley is correct.  Seems like when the manufacturing model is created, the offset entered during the "copy cut paste" operation is not used to calculate the position of the second side of the pulley.  What am I missing and/or doing wrong?

Hi @djlunty
Could you please go to the design workspace and modify>compute all which will show that the component is pasted in the original position. To resolve this copy-paste the new component and move to the required position enable capture the position option in paste new tab as shown in figure below

Thank you for the wake up call.    Don't know what I was thinking.  Rookie mistake to not capture position after the move.  Better ways to do what I wanted to do - Rigid Joint or even rectangular pattern would work.  Then do not have to do the capture position.
