Looking for ideas to machine it in 4th axis

Hi folks

I'm looking to machine the attached model using 4th axis. But not sure which toolpath to use. It kind of looks like an impeller but I'm not sure which toolpath to use.

Your guidance on this subject would be helpful.

Thanks.

Hi, I had a look and your current method of roughing is about the best you can do.

You could use Flow with restrict to 4 axis for finishing but it takes aaaages to calculate and doesn't always give very good results.

If you are prepared to wait a bit there are some new toolpaths coming that will make this significantly easier and deliver better results for both roughing and finishing.

Now that the new update is live with the new toolpaths heres an example of how you can machine this with full 4 axis simultaneous paths
