Hello

I'm having a problem, where i can't get acces to  select new tools for a operations, change or create any tools in the tool library. We are using sync between a couple of accounts.
It have happened to me in past also, but now i happens more than 10 time pr. day.

The only way to make it work again is to restart fusion 360.

Do some one have a explanation for this problem?

I have attached the message i get, when i try to select a tool for a operation.

Best regards

Mads

@Vaerks-Værksted Has the original tool been removed or modified on the cloud using another PC to get you in this condition?

Thanks

Hi @Vaerks-Værksted – sorry you're experiencing this!

The next time someone makes a change to the cloud library that they'd like someone else to consume, can you please open the data panel and navigate to the Assets Library > CAM Tools

In here, you should see files that correspond to the list of cloud libraries in the tool library interface. When they make the change they'd like to see propagate, have them close the tool library (this is required to force the cloud file to update) and then look at the corresponding file in the Assets folder. Does its version increment?
For example in the screenshots above, I would expect "Marti Sandbox" to become V9.
Then can you confirm if the next person who tries to consume the updates on their separate computer is also seeing the correct version?

Engineering might come back with some more technical requests, but this seems like a relatively easy way to check if things are updating appropriately in the cloud at a macro level.
