Acramatic 850sx

Is there anyone out there in the fusion world that has a post processor that will work for a Cincinnati Milacron acramatic 850sx controller? I can’t seem to find a way to communicate with my Machine. Thank you for any info you have.

Do you have a sample program you could share? There are many "starter" post processors available, we should be able to match you up with something

I don’t currently have a program to share. And yes it has a tool changer, coolant, and a spindle chiller. 3-axis Machine.

You have zero proven programs to share? What about sample programs that might still be in the control?

Manuals? Programming manuals? Where did you buy the machine, is there anyone that can give you something to start with?

Have you tried the generic Acramatic post which is supplied with the software? If so, what kind of issues are you facing?

Yes I have. It requires minor edits to run properly in a 850 control. i.e. the way messages are displayed, M26 commands, etc..

Just looking for a shortcut before doing lots of editing.
