More efficient entry of user parameters

When entering user parameters one must reselect the type of units to be used from a dropdown every single time.  It would be much better if the last choice of units was remembered so a series of parameters could be more easily created.  This interface shortfall occurs throughout the application generating very significant amounts of wasted time.  If regular tasks should be refined as much as possible to be completed with either the keyboard or mouse, rather than requiring both.

This sits in the same space as "Create parameter in sketch dimension dialog". Both of these would save an enormous amount of time.
