Sorry but I would downvote if I could. IMO it's much better to have a central repository for feedback instead of asking the devs to track of multiple domains.
Twitter isn't any more "public" than the forums here, they just have more registered users.
If you see useful feedback anywhere then by all means post it in the forums, regardless if the original source is Twitter, Youtube or otherwise. You don't need to be the "original author" in order to share a link, video or screenshot.
