I just ran into a situation where I could us the chamfer in a sketch, as it becomes a radial pattern with other shapes of which 3D is extruded from, into 2 separate components. There is a workaround of doing the pattern once it is 3D, but then also requires more steps to produce the same shape as several components have to be made to do cutting and joining of the final shape. Whereas how I'd do it in other packages, I could extrude once for each component.
Kinda odd, as chamfer is one of the simplest shape commands found in every 3D/CAD package I've ever used. This is one of those commands that should have been in from the start. Please add it in! 🙂
