zero downtime deploys

Not claiming this is a huge deal but if this is meant to be a professional product, it'd be worth spending some time and effort on deployment engineering to get to zero downtime deploys [really shouldn't be a huge challenge given AD's resources]

We do this now and are looking at making the update process even more streamlined.
