The workspace bar migrates into the work area every time I open a file, and needs to be moved back to the top right adjacent to the orientation cube. I don't see a method in 2.0.2862 for designating a default location.
So, it looks like moving the workspace bar upward until a green line is displayed, then moving it to the desired location is the answer? I tried this a few times (in a rush today) and it seems to work.
