I learned AutoCAD starting back in 2004. In that version we were taught primarily to use the command line to do drawings. 14 years later, I still remember all the commands and they are not so different from Fusion 360. It would be really nice (and fast) if we had command line options. Sometimes I forget where buttons are located, or my mouse lags and I click on the wrong command, or the GUI takes time to load. With the command line I never had this problem.
The command line would also make things like model rotations go much more smoothly. For instance, if I have a specific coordinate I want to rotate the model about, I could just type in something along the lines of <Rotate3D, specificity coordinate system, specify rotation axis, specify rotation angle>. Commands to fine the principle axes of a model would be extremely helpful in this regard. Again, this is a specific example, but I am sure others can think of the benefits of using a command line. The GUI, while easier to learn, can be clunky when doing complicated tasks.
