I need the ability to throttle uploads and downloads. I only have a DSL connection and it adversely effects others in the office when Fusion 360 saturates the upload on the internet connection. This is a basic feature that almost all cloud and P2P systems have. This needs to be added asap.
I'm not sure about Windows but I think this could be done almost immediately (/possibly even as a user kludge) in OS X using ipfw / QoS (and I'd bet Windows has something similar)
