Most people probably don't have a worn out old lathe like I do, which doesn't have any taper comp in the control... but I thought it would be neat to to have a taper comp check box. You could select "from front" or "from back", and then enter an amount. It adjusts the diameter/ radius of the tool path, at the selected end, by the entered amount. Seems simple enough to me, and a powerful and useful feature.
