Hi this may have been said before but i will say it again. The tool library needs some better organization. I am in a shop that uses fusion primarily for cam. we have 11 seats. One of the biggest problems we find with the tool library is in trying to separate the tools from either fixture programs, lathe, and mill. We like to keep everything together. the problem is in how the library sorts the tools. Right now you have a document tab with a box and a check mark you can turn on and off. Then a tab and box with check mark for each operation under that document. The you can select each operation individually but not more then one. You can uncheck operations but that does nothing.
what i am proposing is if you could check witch ever ops you want and uncheck the ones you do not and only see the tools in the check operations. That way you would be able to at least renumber easily. what may also be of benefit is if you could group by machine type or operation type (ie turn mill and just milling).
there other little things that need improvements. But for our shop this is one of the biggest problems we have with the getting work thru the shop.
