I noticed when creating a thread on an external post (I suppose the same issue is true for internal threads) the feature didn't add a chamfer to the edge. Whenever a thread is created a chamfer exist for lead in of the bolt or nut. I decided to manually create a chamfer on the edge of the post and then create the thread. The software added the thread but stopped at the new edge created by the chamfer. This is no good. See pics below of thread created with and without a chamfer on edge. Fusion needs to extend the thread profile out beyond the chamfer. When a chamfer is present the software should extend on out to the surface and not stop at the edge created by the chamfer. Maybe Fusion should just have an option to include a chamfer (size input by user) so the user doesn't have to manually create the chamfer prior to creating the thread.
