Along with other improvements to the data panel (more view options, interface changes, opening current model location etc) I would like to see the option to quickly switch back and forth between folders with bookmarks and tabs.
When working on a project I often reference similar projects I have done previously to look at CAM information, fixtures, common hardware and design decisions. Additionally, my workday as a fabricator usually requires me to be working on multiple projects in one day. The current system causes me to waste a lot of time navigating back and forth between projects and folders and subfolders in the data panel.
It would be great if I could have tabs in the data panel so that when I am working between different projects I can easily open the folder containing the relevant models. Having a "Recent locations" option and the option to bookmark folders (for example a folder of existing machine fixtures) would also greatly improve the flow and speed of navigation.
