I use the save as STL feature quite a bit, and I often have several versions before I even begin to 3D print, so it would be helpful if the name was filled in when I went to save as STL. It just seems inefficient to enter the name both when I am naming the Fusion 360 file and also when I go to put it in my STL file.
I saw an old forum post about even automatically saving as an STL when a new version was saved in Fusion 360, but I don't think it was posted to IdeaStation.
I'm mostly concerned with not making the same data entry twice, which is required under the current version.
Edit: Is this possible through the use of custom scripts?
