I was editing a design and imported a mesh. I wanted to convert it to brep, so I had to stop capturing design history, and lost all my history. I would like to just suspend capturing design history while I convert to brep, then continue design history after the conversion.
You can do this using a base feature. Create a Base Feature and with it active insert the mesh, switch to the patch workspace and use Mesh to Brep from the Modify menu then finish the base feature.
