I use my desktop as my working space for projects currently at hand. The desktop is analogous to a real physical desktop where you work on projects so I don't clutter it with launchers. I deleted the Fusion shortcut from my desktop on install but now every time Fusion updates the icon reappears on my desktop. This "feature" is the Ask toolbar of Fusion: it doesn't take long to correct but why on earth is it even there in the first place? I can already get to Fusion super fast with [win] → [f] → [u] → ↵ or ⌘+[space] → [f ]→ [u] → ↵ on mac so launcher icons are a waste of screen space.
