Stop killing my Dock on every update

Stop killing my Dock on every update

(macOS) I have literally dozens of windows minimized in various apps, and every time Fusion pushes out an update, all of those windows gets unminimized, turning my screens into a giant pileup of crap I did not want to be looking at. It wastes me a huge amount of time to then have to go back through those windows and figure out which ones were supposed to be minimized.

I hate it.

Stop killing the Dock process from your update scripts. It's rude.

This is right up there with yanking F350 from the App Store.

It's almost actively hostile towards macOS users and violates guidelines because the team can't be bothered to do the right things

I use F360 on a Mac as well.  The Fusion team may not even know about the un-minimized issue.  I also do not feel that they are hostile to the Mac community since they are offering it on the platform to begin with. As far as the App Store is concerned I find updates come easier the way it is now. I get that you are frustrated, but lashing out isn't going to get the Fusion Team anymore excited to help your cause.

I get what you’re saying and it’s great that they’re on macOS, but if you’re someone who takes off your shoes at home and expects everyone to do the same out of courtesy, and I come over and help you out with a few things, but keep my work boots on and traipse a mud and big clots of dirt everywhere, you may well still be appreciative of me helping you out, but you’d also be reasonably annoyed with the dirt - especially if you’ve gone out of your way to make it clear the protocol you expect your guests to follow.

Another update, another hour of my life wasted fixing every window on my computer because Fusion killed my Dock.

Please make it stop

Or the least you could do it give me an option. Like "Hey, is now a good time for Fusion to completely derail your day for an hour, or do you maybe want to do that later?"
