stop hide sketches when doing a surface feature

first patch command hides the sketches

second patch command does not

This auto hide function is confusing and 95% in my case results in having to turn back on sketches because

I am not done yet hiding all sketches.

better would be the ability to in the patch have a hide sketch command to check

or a key shortcut that globally can hide/show all sketches

We will review this, perhaps we could provide a pref to set this.  We have cusomters who would ask why we don't turn.

I support this, like Claas I end up turning sketches back on all the time
