STL for multi extruder 3D print

STL for multi extruder 3D print

I'm desperate to do '' SAVE AS STL '' but each object has a different color STL file for multi extruders 3d printer ? And I want choose each color in SLic3r or other soft Slic?

When i import in Slic all STL get in 1 on the exact same place as Design in 360 and i can choose each color for each part .

But at today I import my STL file, and I have only one object !! while I have several components! thank you

Do you wont to have one .stl per component or body if you select all the components by right-clicking at the top of the tree and selecting save as .stl?

If so

Hi Daniel,

Tanks for idea and reply but not really this, i know this option to slect and save 1 file .

My problem and research is to save the whole component and then when i load into slic3r or whatever , so i have the option to get all STL in the exact same position than i designed in Fusion and then i can choose the color for each part and use it with multi extruder printer

Just attached here sample for my explanation !!

Thanks

Best regards
Patrick

@Patrick.B1 you cannot attach files to the idea station.

The second pick see the 2 rows of files 8 in total that is what I am asking if you want, the model the pick is from has 8 components 1 body per component.

A handy trick I got shown the other day is you can turn some of the components light bulbs off and right click at the top of the tree and select save as .stl this will send only the body's in the component that the light bulb is on out as .stl files this was from someone doing 2 material.

Sorry for attached files i replied by email before.

Well yes saving all component and 1 body per component is fine and i did it ''1 file per body'' . Now i still have issue  when i import all STL saved in slic then there are not in the right position but just come all in the middle of the ''sheet'' and don't keep the position from Fusion !

hope i am clear !!! sorry for my wrong or bad english

Yep clear now,

They should be in the same position they were when you saved the .stl they have been every time for me, I have it set to have them from the center of the bed though.

Also i just discover it's an .AMF files format . It's not possible in fusion but is there 1 export option that similar than .amf ?what i wish to have all STL in correct positionwhat i wish to have all STL in correct positionwhat i have !! 2 stl not correct positionwhat i have !! 2 stl not correct position
