STL Export and naming convention

• Include option to export all bodies in a component at once
  • optionally in- or exclude subcomponent's bodies in export (or even better with checkboxes for each part)
  • either use same refinement options for all or by part
  • either use naming convention below or save one by one
• I propose to save stls according to the pattern componentname.subcomponentname[0-n].bodyname.stl

At the very minimum can we just have ComponentName v##,SubcomponentName,BodyName.stl

This would help a lot when batching up files for print. This inadvertently got me in a print rev control issue recently made it real pain to track down which file I mistakenly overwrote.

If component tree is too deep just do TopLevelComponetName v##, BodyComponetParentName,BodyName.stl

(skip components between the top most level and the one right above the component that the body is a member of?)
