User selected feature colors would be a great help for the colorblind. 7-10% of the male population suffer from this. Construction lines are almost invisible to me, therefore almost useless. There may be other features that I am missing that I am not even aware of. Another option would be to differentiate feature type by using another type of indicator to show the properties of the feature.
This has been mentioned before but has not received any attention from Autodesk.
