Splines controled by vertexes , Developable surfaces

Hi, I mentioned before but what about Splines that are controlled from vertexes?, is it possible to have this type of splines on the tools? 

Can we see on the future adding Developing surfaces??....there is a company that has a plug in for Rhino, is called Dloft, maybe they can write a plug in for fusion?? thanks
