Sketching: Offset inconsistencies while selecting sketching curves

Today I found an inconsistency in the order you have to select sketching curves for the offset tool.

The inconsistency is between selecting ordinary sketch lines and construction lines (aka. closed shapes like an ellipse)

Sketch lines:

1. Activate the offset tool
2. Select a sketch line
3. Offset is generated

Construction lines:

1. Activate the offset tool
2. Construction lines cannot be selected

... Workaround:

1. Select the construction line first
2. Activate the offset tool
3. Offset is generated

Good catch. This is a bug in the new update. We will work on it and have a fix to you soon.
