I saw a similar idea in another thread asking to re-use sketches, my idea is slightly different. It would be great to build up a custom Sketch Tool menu where you can create certain combination of sketch items. For example I use a 3mm circle with 2 diagonal lines to create a cut out for a bend line on sheet metal. It's nothing major to draw, but I draw the same thing over and over again. If I could save the 3mm circle + 2 lines as a "tool", I can just click on a point where the circle needs to be placed.
I am sure there are lots of little objects people use to mark certain things on a design - this just makes it quicker.
