Sketch Funktions in 2D Drawings

The idea is to insert some sketch Funktions to edit the 2D Drawing with Lines and Circles. For example to dimension bolt circles.

@Anonymous this is a common request, if you look at the comments I think we are looking at early next year for implementation.
