Simplify alignment across all objects sketch, body or components, using this very simple algorithm, align by two or three point pairs where the first reference and target point is the anchor point, the second corresponding points align the reference object along the two point target axis and the optional third point identifies the alignment plane. If the third point is not specified the reference object maintains its third axis alignment plane. Three point alignment in sketches allows for mirroring. This is the algorithm used in and other CAD programs, Rhino, TurboCad and AutoCad.
