Simplify Capture Image

Simplify Capture Image

Hi,

Would it be possible to simplify the sequence of events for capture image?

Either move ALL the setting stuff to preferences or create a new "Capture Image" button with a pull-down for the options

Make uploading the captured image to the cloud an option (I.E. do you want to upload your captured images to the current folder?).

Make the image type (Png , Jpg or Tiff) a settable option (I.E. what image file type do you prefer?)

Include all the image options as well

Etc. (There are probably other settings that could also be moved )

Second - drastically reduce the number of mouse clicks / key strokes required to capture an image.

    Current sequence of events

Orientate your design (anything from 1 click up)

        Left click the "file" button

        Left click "capture image"

Left click "Ok" (this assumes that no changes are needed for the image options)

Left click the little almost invisible button with 3 dots next to the big bright blue highly visible "Save" button

Choose the folder where you wish to save your image (anything from 2 clicks / key strokes up depending on folder location)

        Left click "Select Folder"

        Left click "Type" field

        Left click "JPG files (*.jpg)"

        Left click "Name" field

Enter a new file name or add an image sequence number to the end of the existing file name (from 2 clicks / key strokes up)

        Left click "Save"

Then 1 or 2 clicks to reorient your design

So - for the first image into a folder, Fusion requires a minimum of 15 mouse clicks / key strokes

For each subsequent image into the same folder Fusion requires a minimum of 12 mouse clicks / key strokes

I.E. to capture 10 images of a complex part - I have to use an absolute minimum of 126 mouse clicks / key strokes

Regards,

Brett
