Lets say I'm working on a complex assembly for a product we're about to launch and we want to share as less proprietary parts as possible with third party contractors who are also collaborating on the project. Share just the essentials they need without revealing the entire product assembly.
The link I would share with them needs to be live, meaning that the file would get updated within their fusion 360 whenever we save it on our end. Not sure if this is currently possible or not. But the main idea is that we can toggle "view" on/off on certain parts so that only the parts that are parts within a larger assembly we want them to see, they will see. Never revealing the entire product and still being able to collaborate together.
