This is going to be most helpful for those of us who use CNC mini-mills (and will become even more an important feature as many new $300-$500 machines come to market.)
For pocket clearing (hopefully you add the both conventional/climbing option to adaptive soon too,) I'd like to be able to set smaller stepover rates when climb cutting versus conventional. For instance, my machine will do 0.01" cuts no problem conventionally, but in some of the corners that may cause problems if I was climb cutting, so being able to set the maximum to 0.008" for climb cutting but keeping conventional at 0.01" would be very helfpul for us mini-mill users. The machines are extremely finicky and at small scales.
